Join us for the next Third Tuesday Toronto on May 21
Patients, caregivers, family, friends, and other supporters are increasingly taking part in online health communities to share information and find support. Join us for the next Third Tuesday Toronto where Colleen Young, founder of Health Care Social Media Canada (@hcsma & #hcsmca) and online community manager of Canadian Virtual Hospice, will talk about building communities for patients and caregivers online.
New technologies alone will not guarantee meaningful engagement in an online community. In order to build and sustain a community, you need a connector and enabler and you need strategic community management that works.
At the May 21 Third Tuesday Toronto #3TYYZ, Colleen will share insights, stories and lessons learned from her experience managing a variety of online health communities like:
- Canadian Virtual Hospice
- Portail canadien en soins palliatives
- Health Care Social Media Canada (#hcsmca)
