About Us

We live in the connected era. No longer are consumers isolated in their homes, passively watching television or reading the newspaper. Today we speak with one another in our own voices and share our experiences via social media. We live, share and connect online in the connected era.

Our reach is extended online. Our world opens up. We see and hear others. And we are seen and heard. And with this, our expectations have shifted.

We expect organizations to hear and acknowledge us. To listen to us and to respond. Those that fail to do so are quickly overtaken in our hearts and minds by others who have seen the opportunity to join with us in our community of interest.

This is not the world that most business leaders grew up in. We now are in the connected era – and this requires new ways of communicating and engaging with employees, customers and the communities around us.

In a world of seemingly unlimited content, we must communicate in a new way. A way that is relevant to the people we seek to reach. A way that is remarkable and that they find worthy of sharing with their own communities. A way in which the community becomes the medium.

This requires a fresh approach to communications with a new combination of expertise. And that’s what Thornley Fallis has assembled. The expertise and skills to help organizations succeed in the connected era.

Design
How do you stand out in a world of unlimited choice? By delivering remarkable experiences. Experiences that command attention. That interest. That amuse. That move us to action. Great design delivers remarkable experiences to me at the time, place and through the device of my choosing.

Social
The era of the passive audience that receives advertising messages is dead. Over. Gone. Social has become the norm. People speaking out about what they like and connecting with others who share those interests. We build and sustain relationships based on shared interests. Relationships that are digital first, but extend into the real world.

PR
The most valuable currency in the connected era is trust. And trust is something that we earn. By participating, by being authentic,, and seeing that reflected in what people think and say about us. Good public relations are more important in the connected era than they ever have been. The new PR delivers results in traditional media, but sees its path to success through digital first.

Video
Video is the ultimate social object. It conveys emotion, atmosphere. It evokes memories, aspirations. But it’s not about just any video. It’s about video that tells the story, captures the moment and becomes a shareable object.

Content
Content brings us together. Content that interests us. That we care about. That moves us. And the creation of great content to build audiences and communities lies at the core of content marketing.

Strategy
Strategy is the difference between disconnected pieces and a coherent whole. Good strategy is research driven. And built on a foundation of data. As more and more people spend more and more time online, the data they provide grows with every gesture. That database provides us with the ability to understand what people are looking for, what they value, how they want to be communicated with and by whom. We can observe interactions in real time and refine our strategy and approach to reflect what is happening now, not what happened in the past.

Welcome to the connected era. The era of now. The era of us. The era of change.
